Complaints Procedure

Our Commitment

SoundBip is a point-of-sale payment product developed and operated by YesAllOfUs Platform, a Guernsey-based technology company. YesAllOfUs Platform is the legal entity responsible for the SoundBip service.

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right. This procedure explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us.

1. How to Raise a Complaint

Contact us by email with details of your complaint:

Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your wallet address (if relevant)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • When the issue occurred
  • What outcome you are seeking
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction hashes, etc.)

2. Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days of receipt. The acknowledgement will confirm:

  • That we have received your complaint
  • A reference number for tracking
  • Who is handling your complaint
  • Expected timeline for resolution

3. Investigation and Resolution

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. During the investigation, we may contact you for additional information.

Our response will include:

  • A summary of the complaint as we understand it
  • What we found during our investigation
  • The outcome and any action we have taken
  • Your options if you remain dissatisfied

If we need more time, we will let you know and provide a revised timeline.

4. If You Remain Dissatisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may:

  • Request escalation: Ask for your complaint to be reviewed by a senior member of the team. We will provide a final response within a further 14 business days.
  • Data protection complaints: If your complaint relates to how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA).

5. Important Notes

  • Blockchain transactions: SoundBip cannot reverse or modify transactions on the XRP Ledger. Complaints about completed blockchain transactions cannot result in transaction reversal. For refund requests, contact the vendor directly.
  • Vendor disputes: If your complaint relates to a product or service purchased from a vendor, contact the vendor in the first instance. SoundBip provides the payment software but is not party to the sale.
  • Exchange issues: If your complaint relates to acquiring or converting RLUSD, contact your exchange provider directly. SoundBip does not sell, exchange, or custody RLUSD.
