Mark built SoundBip because he saw the same problem everywhere — small businesses paying too much to get paid, and the people who bring them customers waiting weeks for their cut.
Before tech, Mark spent a decade in regulated professional practice as a therapeutic practitioner. Before that, he ran physical businesses — construction, food distribution, customer service. He knows what it's like to be the person behind the counter.
SoundBip is now in pilot with Guernsey merchants, offering NFC tap-to-pay, audio payments, and instant affiliate commissions — all settling in under 5 seconds.

SoundBip is a point-of-sale software platform that enables small businesses to accept stablecoin payments on the XRP Ledger. Vendors receive RLUSD (a regulated, USD-backed stablecoin) instantly — settling in seconds rather than days, with near-zero transaction fees. Customers can pay by scanning a QR code, tapping an NFC card, or using SoundBip, our audio-based payment system. SoundBip also supports card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through an optional integration, giving vendors a single POS for all payment types.
